VAF’s butterfly valve is a high quality valve designed and built
for use in many industries including general industrial, municipal water,
HVAC, and agriculture.
The high quality construction consists of a:
- cast iron body with double epoxy-baked coat.
- phenolic-backed seat that is non-collapsible, stretch resistant,
and blowout proof.
- graphite teflon bushing that is wear-resistant and self-lubricating.
- molded in stem O-rings to prevent leakage.
This valve is completely universal on the top side and flange face.
It is designed for complete adaptability to utilize various actuators
for operation such as lever, gear, electric or pneumatic. The seat face
is designed to eliminate the need for additional gaskets. And it may
be used with all ANSI 125/250 and API 609 flat or raised face flanges. |
