wetted parts are 100% 304 or 316 stainless steel. Capable of handling flows
up to 300gpm, and filtration down to 5 micron. Maximum working pressure is
100psi.
The filter consists of a stainless steel screen basket mounted on a motor
shaft and contained in a stainless steel housing.
Dirt is collected on the outside of the basket. When the flush cycle starts,
the motor is started and a flush valve located at the bottom of the housing
is opened. The basket spins CW for 8 seconds, then is reversed and spins CCW
for 8 seconds. Dirt is removed by both back flow through the basket and centrifugal
force.
High temperature and high pressure units are available. Motors available in
120/240, 240/480 single phase or 220/440 3 phase.
